With this update, we are making Released more flexible by decoupling release notes from their project container, and creating a new home for them in the Product Hub. A home we call Spaces.
What’s changing?
Before we tell you all about Spaces, here are a few changes you should know about.
The first thing you will notice in your projects is that the menu item in the navigation has changed from “Release notes” to “Released portal”.

You will still have the ability to access and create new product updates directly from your project. But the Changelog settings, documentation and support links have been moved to a new global container called “Space”.
The changelog in the project looks almost identical. But over the coming weeks, we will add roadmaps and more control over the look and feel to the Released portal page in the project.
Give your space a name!
If the Spaces in your Product Hub have duplicate names, it’s because we adopted the name of your release notes pages as a default. You can easily change the name via the Space Settings > General.
Introducing Spaces

The Product Hub contains one or many Spaces. Spaces typically represent products, teams, projects or even a collection of customers.
Think of a Space as a communication hub to manage and tailor your product communication to a particular audience.
By moving release notes (which are now called “Changelog”) to a Space, you have more flexibility to connect projects with Spaces in a way that best suits you.
For example:
1 projects with 2 changelogs. Where one changelog might communicate API changes to developers and the other higher level product updates to end-users.
5 projects that contribute to 1 changelog. Where a product is made up of 5 sub-teams, each working in their own project, but all contributing to the same changelog.
Previously, a changelog was only visible in one project. To create an entry, other teams had to determine the project it was associated with and navigate there to make an update. Now the changelog is part of a Space that can be linked to and displayed in every one of these projects.
Linked projects
When creating a Space, you can link it to one or more project. Linked projects show the spaces’ portal in their sidebar, making it easy to access related release notes with a single click.
When Space access is restricted, only users with edit permission in at least one of the linked projects will be able to access the space.

New Changelog View
To make it easier to manage an ever growing list of updates, they are now shown in a convinient list view.
Drafts are shown on top of the list view, now featuring an option to delete a draft without from the list view rather than having to open and edit the draft first.
