Search Functionality for Tasks
The application now includes a search bar to help users quickly locate tasks. This enhancement allows for real-time filtering by task title, description, tags, due dates, and assigned users, with matching terms highlighted in results. Advanced filters, such as those by priority and status, are also available to refine searches, improving efficiency and user experience.

Task Sharing
This feature enables users to share tasks with team members, facilitating seamless coordination and efficient project management. Users can share individual tasks with one or more team members, with the shared tasks appearing in the recipient's app, clearly distinguishable from personal tasks. Task sharers can set permission levels for recipients such as 'View Only', 'Edit', or 'Complete', allowing for flexible collaboration. Changes made by any user are reflected in real-time, and notifications ensure that everyone remains informed of updates.
Users can comment on shared tasks to facilitate discussions, and original task owners maintain control, allowing for delegation of tasks as necessary. The integration with calendars ensures that shared tasks are automatically added to the calendars of all collaborators, promoting effective time management.
