A search functionality has been implemented to quickly locate tasks within the application by title, description, tags, due dates, and assigned users. Real-time filtering and advanced search options, like priority and status, streamline the task retrieval process, enhancing user efficiency and satisfaction. PLAY-10
Task Sharing Enhancement
The Task Sharing feature empowers users to share tasks with team members, enhancing collaboration and improving project management efficiency. Users can assign individual tasks to multiple team members, and these tasks will appear in the recipients' Tasked app with all relevant details. Shared tasks are marked distinctively so that users can easily differentiate them from personal tasks.
Task sharers have the ability to set various permission levels for recipients, such as 'View Only', 'Edit', or 'Complete', to ensure appropriate access control. Changes by any collaborator update in real-time, with notifications to inform team members of task updates. This improvement supports efficient communication through comments on shared tasks, and task discussions are structured to retain conversations clearly.
