Previews

We've added a new feature that allows you to preview your widget and announcement page before you begin the installation. You can preview the announcement page for desktop or mobile, giving you an idea what it will look like on different platforms.

To access the installation instructions, simply click on the link at the top of the page and the instructions will open in a convenient drawer.

Notification badge snippet

The links pointing to the announcement page currently aren't able to indicate an unread count. To address this problem, we are introducing a notification badge that can be added to the element linking to the announcement page. The badge syncs the unread status between different types of embed, ensuring we only indicate an unread status when users haven't seen the update.

Improvements

• Speed up image loading. We've added image resizing to the app. No more waiting for slow-loading images, even for the largest files.

• Adjusted heading sizes. We have adjusted the heading sizes in the content of posts to ensure consistency with the post title. Headers in the post content are now smaller than the post title itself to maintain a visual hierarchy.
